Melanie Ryding uses Power plate for personal training exercises

“I am currently a GB age group triathlete, who until 2005 was unfit and overweight. Since losing 4.5 stone (63lb), finding triathlon and gaining my place competing for Great Britain, I have been recently introduced to Powerplate. I like the fact they have a triathlon specific workout, and despite the workout being short and seemingly easy, I come away feeling serious muscle ache every time. I look forward to seeing what long term benefits it brings.”
